Although the things I do are relatively varied and not seemingly connected, I was keen to express my passion for them all in one place. It’s also surprising how often they do overlap!
I am sometimes asked what I like doing the most and my answer is always – it depends on who I’m working with. Everything I do is based on my own experiences, either directly or from working with others, so it’s important for me to relate to everyone I work with in some way.
I first started my business in 2007 as a Sports Massage Therapist, which then evolved into Run Coaching and some Life Coaching. As a life-long runner, this fed into my passion of working with runners. > More about Run Coaching
I started working as a Virtual Assistant in 2018 after many years in the corporate world. Over that time my roles included: Accounts Assistant, Business Development Coordinator and Office Manager. I initially ran this as a separate business, then considered niching this over the sports massage, but in reality I loved doing both! > More about Virtual Assistance
The most recent addition to the business has been AuDHD Lifestyle Coaching for late diagnosed autistic or AuDHD women*. This came about after I received my own autistic and ADHD diagnoses in my 40s and spent about five years going through the unmasking and recovery from burnout processes. > More about AuDHD Lifestyle Coaching
WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT ME?
I don’t blame you! It is so important to be able to relate to me in whatever way you want to work with me.
There are a few ways to do this:
For many reasons, I wanted to provide an alternative way of staying in touch with people away from social media, so I created my own version of what is commonly known as a newsletter.
Connection Corner is therefore an email from me on a semi-regular basis (but no more than once a week).
It generally contains similar content to common social media posts but without me having to stress about word limits, engagement, hashtags, trolls, creating artwork, or taking photos and videos of myself!
If you prefer to hang out on social media, then you can also find me on there. It’s not my favourite place to be, so I don’t personally feel my content fully reflects the real me, but I will happily engage with you on there too.
